There are 4 Easy Ways to request IT computer technical support from Hummert Commerce, once you have selected one of our IT Support Plans. We diligently track each support request using a ticketing system, so that we meet your service expectations as outlined in our Service Level Agreement. These tickets are automatically visible within our Service Portal along with real-time support status. Please select one of the following ways to initiate a support request:

(3) We'll Call You - From Your Desktop!

Look in the lower right corner of your monitor and you will find a white icon labeled "HC". You may have to extend your hidden icons by clicking on the "<<" symbol. Right Click on HC and select "Call Me Now". A Pop-Up will display - enter your phone number.

Click on "New Service Ticket" above from within your Web-Based Support Portal and initiate a support request. Note: A Request Type and Priority are mandatory when completing a Support Request through the Hummert Portal.
